A friend sent me an email with a picture of a global warming protest
....hundreds of little snowmen :-)

This has been a very cold and snowy winter for us. We don't usually have
snow on the ground for more than a few weeks. It comes and then melts
away. It started snowing just before Christmas and it has snowed almost
every day since then, and it hasn't melted much. It is still up to my
knees in the back yard. It is supposed to warm up this weekend. I
suppose that will just cause a lot of flooding.
