He's got financial problems of his own. I don't see the point in
kicking someone when they're already down. Chances are, we're saving
money by using a couple space heaters instead of keeping miles of
water pipes hot with gas. I do, however, plan on demanding a CO2
detector from him. I think they're mandatory in Minnesota rental
units in April, but I want one SOON! Like, this week.
