At work lately, I'm just doing whey protein shakes and the occasional
Wylers cube if I get hungry and really need to eat something.
I only eat real food at home, and that will be only one high protein
meal.
<sigh>
It's working, but it's SLOW!!!
My freakin' T-4 level has dropped back down out of normal range again.
Does that every time I cut calories below 1K per day. :-(
