Egg rolls
Stir-fried beef and vegetables over
Pan-fried noodles
Jasmine rice because I wanted to cook some of it.
Maybe some salad, maybe not.

Veal piccata sounds good as does the creamed spinach, though I'd pass on
the cheese, myself.
