Tomorrow for me. Just bought huge bags of chicken wings,
chicken thighs, lamb chops, steak, pork chops etc.
Freezer-filling time tomorrow with the big stock pot
bubbling on the stove with chopped off wing tips and thigh
carcasses in it.
