I got mine at a garage sale for 50 cents. I recomend the style that has
a crank so you can spin it up real fast and keep it spinning 15-20
seconds. One like this:

This one is $15, which isn't bad. But if you have the willingness to
hit thrifts, estate sales and/or garage sales, this and many other
useful toys are out there at cheaper prices.
