I absolutely love beef, but I think I've been working to severely reduce
my consumption of it. I am going to do the same with pork.
And I'll try to eat more chicken and fish instead. (I already eat tons
of vegetables).
Good find, though. I suppose some good-quality beef now and again isn't
too horrible for you.
