You mean slimy, StL Style process cheese pizza.

For AZ, how about pico de gallo?

Remove the seeds and ribs from some jalapenos, then dice finely. Add
chopped sweet onions and chopped tomatoes, and optionally, some
chopped cilantro leaves (no stems).
