Wonder how this would work?: Using pickling lime or that pickle stuff we
can't seem to find anymore to soak the blanched slices, rinse multiple
times, drain well, and freeze instead of pickle?
We don't eat enuf eggplanters for me to experiment, loving caponata much
better.
