The micro/convection in the motorhome was not a favorite. It took
forever to heat up and spewed huge amounts of heat into the coach. I
used it once to make a small frozen pizza and never used it again. The
microwave portion was fine.

I was quite surprised at how quickly the Cuisinart TO preheats on
convection. It is absolutely awesome for stuff that has melted cheese on
it. I used it for chicken Parm and a couple of times for enchiladas.
Makes great nachos, too.

DH broiled himself a burger for lunch and I followed with a hot dog.
It's all back to its shiny self again. There is a potato recipe that
came in the instruction booklet that looks really interesting and I
might try it for supper. We're splitting a rib-eye steak which DH will
offer up to the great god barbecue on the gas grill. :-)
