Agreed. I've got four of the small 4" square pans for individual servings, and
then five other round pans, from 6" up to 11". The 11" might be the most used
pan I own.

I keep trying to convince myself that I need a Griswold chicken fryer, but so
far have resisted the urge... 8

If you buy from eBay, and have a glass cooktop or induction hob, be careful that
you don't accidentally buy a Griswold with the smoke ring. They're sometimes not
mentioned, and very hard to see in small eBay photos.

I learned this lesson the hard/expensive way. Fortunately for my brother, he has
a gas stove, and has been enjoying his new (free) Griswold for over a year now.
