Well, today I went to Central Market and bought a beautiful fresh ham,
10 pounds, I shall roast it till it has brown and crunchy skin and
make delicious gravy. Have not quite decided on the sides yet.

New Years Eve, I am going to a dinner party, and have no idea what
will be served.
