No, this is an adjustable grill that can be raised and lowered inside
the K. I seem to recall that it works in conjunction with the meat
hanger. That is, it hangs from the meat hanger, with some mechanism
for adjusting the distance that it hangs above the fire.
Largely unnecessary, in my opinion, but I appreciate the idea of
giving the razor away while charging for the razor blades.
