Hey Eddie, I'm curious about this comment. My folks have a K7
that I do most of the cooking on and I've had no trouble grilling
with it. I can get it to 700 degrees in about 15 minutes. At
that temp, the distance to the fuel seems insignficant. I can
turn out fantastic medium rare steaks in 4 minutes. Are you
having temp problems?
