The rock skirt will help. I want to rock the entire house over
eventually. Nothing more insulating than limestone and the contractor
thinks he can do the entire mess for maybe another 12K. The reinforced
footing, drilled into the original foundation, was done this go-round!
He set it up to support the weight of a full rock facing as I discussed
my long term plans with him.
