Yeah, I make a Christmas cheese spread. I put a pint of it and a box of
wheat thins in a small grocery bag and force it on my friends. Some like
it and I have no feedback from the others. It's easier than making a
couple hundred cookies. Four hours max for ten pounds and you're done.
