In order to keep costs down this year we have decided to make many of our
gifts to the girls.

Last week London Broil went on sale for &1.99/LB, I bought a bunch and
decided to make Beef Jerky. There's a big batch in the smoker right now.

The second batch is marinating right now and I'll smoke the slices tomorrow.
