Put it in the 'fridge now. If it's still partly frozen Saturday morning, put it
in a cooler without ice, and watch the temperature. If it's still cryo-vaced,
or completely sealed (tilia-ed) you could put it in a sink of water and change
the water several times (like they say to do with turkeys at Thanksgiving).
