I would roast them. Garlic goes well with this too. Cut potatoes into
big wedges, add whole cloves of garlic (they will roast with the
potatoes and add a lot of taste, you could also add minced if that is
what you like) and some sprigs of rosemary, drizzle olive oil on them
and mix, add to roasting pan and bake at 425F until done.
