I seldom use the dough hook Michael but wife used it at Thanksgiving to
mix the dough for her pie crusts. Worked just fine. Has the dough hook,
the mixing deal, and a large whisk, two stainless steel bowls, one
large, one medium, and the cover to avoid blowing flour all over the
kitchen plus some other accessories. I'll try to find a URL for it and
post it.
