I do have a cabinet that would be perfect to retrofit with
one of those pop-up surfaces to hold the mixer. It wouldn't
displace much.

It just seems a stretch to go through all that for a mixer
I won't use much. If I did bake often, it would be a no-brainer.

OT: Anyone know where that comes from, I'm thinking
a Bugs Bunny cartoon. t'HAVE!

Oh, talk about something I hardly ever use, yet I would not
be without if I could help it. It's on the non-negotiable list
