Now, Jerry, err, Steve read what you wrote. In your first sentence you
state that food should be refrigerated as soon as possible. Then in your
second sentence you state that food should be left to cool down anywhere
except in the fridge or freezer. Please make up your mind.

And I graciously decline your offer of many multiple "credible" sites
concerning food safety. I can reference The Simpsons, South Park and Family
Guy quite well on my own, thank you.
