Usenet allows cross posting. It is part of the game. And so is
"top-posting"; yet these two practices bother some people.
Those who are bothered by these practices can merely click on by.
Being a Net Cop, which some are, is an even worse practice. If a
group is unmoderated, then NetCops are merely being pushy.
