Default Best BBq for a regular use.

You might consider the Weber Genesis B, Silver or Gold. I would do this
but only if there is reliable product and parts support near you.
However, if your primary purpose is to roast I think the 22", or
58.87cm, round Weber, which uses charcoal, is hard to beat. It is
available with a gas lighter, which makes life much easier though it is
fairly expensive, about $399 in the U.S.
