Update: I broke too soon out of the gate with those mini shredded wheats I
snuck last night and have a bit of swelling around the dig site. Gonna
hafta rein in and fall back on refried beans and oatmeal. Gotta keep my
fiber up, ya know. Still licking my chops for turkey sandwiches this
weekend.
