You know, Bill, really excellent cooks (like many of the folks who
post here) are not afraid to give their recipes to anybody. If you're
so good, what makes you think a novice could duplicate your wonderful
touch? As for recipes for accomplished cooks, it's in the interest of
everyone who is serious about cooking to pass along the tips and
techniques that help ALL of us.
