Pumpkin Martini

2 oz vodka
3 Tbsp fresh pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp simple syrup ( cooked syrup from sugar and water )
dash nutmeg
dash vanilla or vanilla paste
grated nutmeg of garnish

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker Shake vigorously Strain into a
chilled martini glass Garnish with grated nutmeg

Yield: 1 drink
