A whiles back I made a creamy "Thai - style" tomato soup with *coconut*
milk, basil, ginger, and the like in the 'ole crockpot. Had cauliflower,
red bell pepper, etc., it was very tasty. The base was a can of V-8 juice I
had in the pantry plus a can of coco milk...
