To be honest, with turkey, which is rarely found here, but with the
likes, I prefer a rosé. My neighbours make fine AOC wines. A lot more
ligtly than the wellknown Chateau Neuf du Pape or Crozes-Hermitages or
Vinsobres. Due to the lack of oak barrels in the ripening I suppose.
I live 3 miles from the "Cave La Comtadine", Puyméras, 84, France.
That is my main source of supply.
