I love a spatula or wooden spoon manufactured with a hole in it. I
can stir faster without the contents leaping out of the bowl, and it's
much more efficient. Especially good is a square bamboo one with
slits that;s fantastic for sautes and stir fry. 2 for a buck at the
dollar store.
