Howard,
I cooked on one for around a year. Great rib and chicken cooker. Never
tried a brisket on it but I did smoke around 20 Boston Butts. Not the best
for that. Lots of cooking space and very fuel efficient. I would look into a
Backwoods Smoker. That's what I've been using for last year with great
results.
