Hi! I'm looking for a formal wine tasting description, something that
lists all the characteristics in a concise form. For example:

Rosenblum floral and fresh aromas,
sweet, crisp, trace of bitterness
2000 Viognier

It would be wonderful if some pairings with food were included, too.
I've looked anywhere but I couldn't find anything similar, so I'm
asking the experts!
