We had some drinks and some sushi - type apps and stuff, it can add up
fast. Heck, the "lunch specials" at the cheap - o Chinese take - out
place down the street are now in the $8.00 - $10.00 range! I remember
not so long ago they were around five bux...I guess I'm gettin' old,
lol..

Also this place is of the new crop of "chi - chi" Pan - Asian places
that seem to be cropping up in the nabe here in Chicawgo. Very _Sex &
The City_, nice decor, and a pretty 20 - something crowd, everybody
all crowded in with tiny tables and chairs - and LOUD! The food is
secondary, I won't be going back in any case, lol...

I rarely eat out anymore, it's just pretty poor value for money.
There's a place I go to for Friday all - u - can - eat fish n' chips
for $8.00 and some cheap Chinese dim sum and bbq places where you can
fill up pretty well for little money...

For that $60.00 I could fix a feast, but it was her birthday, so...
