Different culturally. Your example fails to demonstrate ANY biological
difference. In fact the percentage of DNA difference between
individual humans is insignificant. Most of the differences are in
areas of the DNA that are inactive and therefore cannot be responsible
for ethnic differences.

Jerry Z. Muller is obviously trying to gain attention by posing an
extreme view that is not based in modern biology.
