Your information is many years out of date.

We've moved on from 'healthy' unsaturated garbage like margarine, along
with other myths about various forms of fats.

What real, actual evidence do you have that coconut fats are "artery
clogging"?
(I'm sure the FDA site ought to produce some good evidence to support
your case

Coconuts are indeed high in saturated fats - but they are GOOD fats.
