I seldom go for 'fast food' mainly because I am seldom that far from my home
that I can't get there and fix something less expensively. When I am
stressed to the point I know I won't be able to stand and/or move around
enough to fix a meal, I will stop at the local oriental take out. That's no
more than 4-5 times a year.

McDonald's is also available - maybe once a year I go there.
