Oxidation problem
I have 3/4 gallon of Leon Millot that has pretty much finished it's fermentation. This is from my first crop of grapes, 2nd year vines -- this is why I only have a small amount. It smells delicious, but I have a problem with the volume. I have all that air space above the fluid within a 1 gallon bottle... how can I fix this? How can I prevent oxidation with this small a quantity?
