Now you will be able to experiment with Circulon, if you haven't already.

Here's what happened with the Circulon pansI have used:
The little circles filled with egg - baked on/in the circles.
The little circles filled with pancake batter -- baked on/in the circles -
and so on.
After they are used a few times, the circles fill up and you have a nice
little flat bottomed pan ;-))

Yeah, Yeah, I know -- I don't know how to use them - :-))

P.S. Wishing I can quickly figure out what to put a sack full of heads of
garlic baked and the cloves picked out. They're in the oven now!
