Yeah, it's a shaft, but there's nothing you can do about it.
Complaining to them won't help. You might be able to negotiate a rebate
by threatening to quit, but maybe not. If there's a competitor, it
might help to switch, but I wouldn't be surprised to see more of them
dropping usenet now.

It's all very unfortunate. Usenet has been struggling as it is, and if
most major ISPs drop included access, that won't help at all.
