What kinds of home work would they likely do? They'd likely work in

anonymous case study of their age, gender, race, educational background
and overall mental state?

I'm saying that you'd be hard pressed to tell freeloaders apart from
genuine people in need.

I sure do. They should also have their benefits cut in the event of
pregnancy outside a committed relationship.
