Nice knives, but the "lifetime maintenance" doesn't seem worth it
(since you have to mail out the knife, etc.). Since it's
non-transferable, I don't make use of it.

When I go to replace them, I'll either pick up a nice set of Wusthoff,
or Henckels, or pick up replacements at the restaurant supply (much
cheaper, and they're not bad either...nothing to look at, but they
work well).
