I like it a lot. I've seen a lot of different ingredients used, a lot of
recipe and prep ideas. He seems very personable to the guest and to the
people in the store. They kind of guy you'd not mind having a beer with.

Funny you mention BAM. He was doing one recipe and the guest asked about
spice and he picked up some, reach over the pot and said "you can kick it
up" and waved his hand, retracted it and "oh, never mind". Kind of funny at
the time, making fun of himself.
