Default what I ate this past weekend

Friday evening - BBQ - went to Smokey Bones with
a friend. We had the spinach artichoke dip (Why do
they also give you a small cup of salsa on the plate
with the dip? Weird, but good!). I had a tiny pitcher
of berry sangria (just enough for one person) - it was
okay. I ordered a whole rack of baby backs with their
brown sugar sauce (yum!), coleslaw and loaded mashed
potatoes (cheddar and bacon) and sweet cornbread as sides.

Saturday morning - pita and baba ganouj with iced tea.

Saturday afternoon (lunch?) - "Tadpoles in a Hole" (Lil'
Smokies in Jiffy brand corn bread mix with corn and
cheddar cheese added) and tossed green salad with
Hidden Valley spicy ranch dressing and mango peach juice
of some sort.

Satuday evening (late dinner) - Souvlakia sandwich from
the Greek Food Festival in East Pittsburgh, PA. Iced
tea. Loukoumadis for dessert. (Also bought some apricot
baklava but am saving that for later.)

Sunday morning - Pita and baba ganouj again. Iced tea.

Sunday afternoon (lunch) - Cheese (Vermont Cheddar from
TJ's) and mustard (Miller's hot sweet mustard - a local
gourmet mustard with hot chiles in it) with stond ground
whole wheat crackers from Canada (don't remember brand
name), plus some potato chips (Utz' Crab-boil seasoning-
flavored chips) with some tomato salsa mixed with sour
cream). (Yeah, I know weird but I just wanted to get
rid of that stuff.) Cherry coke.

Sunday evening (dinner) - leftovers from Friday
night - about 2/3 rack of ribs and most of the loaded
mashed potatoes. Iced tea.

Quite a yummy weekend except for the potato chips
and salsa, but even that wasn't all that bad.
