For years I really liked the bright East Africans, like Kenya and
Tanzania. Lately, I've been drinking more American coffees. I had some
from Panama that was nothing short of excellent. But earlier today, I
roasted some Ethiopian, from the Yrgacheffe region.

Try some of the Brazillian Peaberry. Maybe some Guatamalan Huehuetenango.
