Tired of grilled anything!

Since I am still basically "kitchen-less" we've been eating out a lot
(gets tiresome) and worse yet, what I've been eating at home has been
off paper plates. What a HORRIBLE way to eat. Ugh. Just depressing! I
don't know why anyone would voluntarily use them for anything other than
the occasional picnic?
Tonight I cooked in a large electric skillet and made a curried meatball
and rice dish, with a big huge salad using my own grown Roma tomatoes.
Some big bowls to wash with the skillet though. My husband has been
using the bathtub upstairs to wash dishes in. I take 'em out to the deck
and use an open cooler as a "sink" and heat water in the microwave
(along with the cold water hose) to wash out there. Refrigerator gets
delivered tomorrow! Electricians also come tomorrow and finish the under
cabinet lighting, hang the pendant light and microwave hood. I wish the
counters/sink would hurry up so I'd have water in here too! The new
range and dishwasher sit in the garage waiting to go in also. I'm
getting impatient.
