slice, salt, eat
slice and add to a pitcher of ice water
slice, layer with slices of tomato and onion and cover it all with
Italian dressing
cube it and mix with cottage cheese
cut in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and fill with chicken or
tuna salad
