Uncured and antibiotic- and hormone-free?

I never was very big on sausages, but I recently tried and liked
Niman Ranch's Chipotle Cheddar sausages. I wrap them in half a
low-carb pita bread. Today I mixed my regions up and put a bit of
sriracha sauce on this. Not bad.

I will take a gander at TJ's offerings.
