Same with Vienna Beef, main purveyor of my fave Chicago style franks. I
only recently discovered this when a couple weeks ago I went to the rare
VB
chi-dog vendor and ended up with the smaller, skinnier, caseless dog instead
of the larger fatter natural dog. I was quite bummed.
