I've mentioned before that I don't care for beef hotdogs. The reliable
pork-based ones from days gone by like Oscar Mayer had switched to
including various amounts of poultry products, ruining taste and
texture.

Johnsonville has a natural-casing pork wiener that's pretty good. One
of the local chains (Schnucks) has introduced their own natural-casing
pork/beef wieners. Also not bad.
