Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
Delicious as veggie marinade or right atop some greens.
1 cup extra virgin Olive oil
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. white pepper
In jar with tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients;
cover and shake. Refrigerate up to a week.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
